is a BIPOC led and focused arts organization that presents programming for all ages, backgrounds, and experiences in support of their general well-being with a focus on trauma-informed healing.
We believe people should have easy to access opportunities to engage with their creativity in supportive environments. We see art as an instrument for healing and wholeness.
Elvia Rodriguez Ochoa

is the Executive Director for XCAS. Raised in Chicago, Elvia has worked at a variety of non profits over her 30 year career. They believe deeply in the work of community engagement as a portal for improving the quality of life in every neighborhood. She holds an MA in Interdisciplinary Arts from Columbia College.
